Cutting & Beveling Speed: ≤5Min /one pcs pipe cut off with two bevels (DN200 Sch40,CS) , shall be approx 12 pieces of pipe cut per hour and approx 100 pcs of pipe cut off per day under the normal working condition, as well can be change the speed and speed control. Proposal to you had better operation the machines with two personal, one is operation machines, the other one assist to hoisting pipes and assistant works.

Structure type: a four column suspending structure is adopted. Since it is hollow, the pipe can goes into the machine directly and fixed there. The cutter rotates and cuts the pipe circumferentially with high speed.

Length-Measuring system: a mechanical Length-Measuring system could be provided if necessary so as to measuring the length of the pipes as well as cut and bevel them with the supporting of the conveying system of the cutting and beveling machine.
Mechanical aligning: A mechanical lifting and lowering device is equipped to adjust automatically the center elevation of the beveling machine, so the pipes with different diameters get the same bottom elevation on the production line to get the pipes in/out of the machine easily.
Conveying system: Cutting and beveling VF conveying systems driven by motor are equipped at front and rear sides of the beveling machine if necessary.
